Founder of FOCAFET (UETP) and DENARS (new initiatives)

As former Group Strategy Head of ABN AMRO Bank, Floris founded the independent non-profit FOCAFET foundation in 2014 to establish a new, open and free to use internet protocol, UETP. With UETP, we can connect people, organisations, assets, devices, products, services, information, rules and transactions with each other like websites through weblinks and in the form of group chats. A first version of UETP will be released this summer.

By the end of this year a new distributed ledger technology and infrastructure, DENARS, will be launched to support UETP interactions. DENARS improves on most existing blockchain technologies in terms of (near) real time transaction processing capabilities, scalability, governance and most certainly on matters regarding tax, legal, compliance and data and privacy management.
